6. 쿠키

KinPatch allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To delete your account:

Email support@kinpatch.app with the subject "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account.
We will verify your identity and process your deletion request.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days: your account credentials (email, password hash), profile information (name, phone number, date of birth, avatar), quotes, memories, recipes, time capsule letters, milestones, and event RSVPs you created.

The following data may be retained after account deletion: content you shared within family groups may remain visible to other family members who received it, and anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention) for up to 90 days after deletion.

7. 아동 개인정보

당사 서비스는 가족 사용을 위해 설계되었습니다. 부모 또는 보호자는 가족 그룹의 일부로 13세 미만 아동의 계정을 만들 수 있습니다. 부모의 동의 없이 13세 미만 아동으로부터 직접 개인 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
